We are glad to launch super advanced root canal treatments at Dr. Karve’s Dentech in Thane and Powai from 1st January 2020.
We focus on super advanced single-sitting painless root canal treatments. Almost all the root canals are performed in one sitting.
Average treatment duration : 45 minutes
Multiple root canal treatments can be done in a single sitting.
For accurate diagnosis , we have the facilities of digital X-rays. We have in-house RVG and OPG(full mouth radiograph).
We have an option of painless , patented and computerized local anesthesia delivery system to numb the tooth before starting with the treatment. This technology replaces syringes and those long needles which are the most frightening part of the treatment for patients.
The root canals need to be cleaned and filled to the very apex of the root. We use the technology of Apex Locators to determine the exact length of the root thereby ensuring precision.
Once the exact root length is known , the root canals are cleaned and shaped with Endomotors which is a rotary device instead of hand instrumentation.
The best quality disinfectants and irrigants are used inside the root canals for disinfection. Similarly , top quality filling materials are used to fill the root canals as well as the access cavity.
We use state-of-the-art technology for crown preparation. We no longer take physical impressions , instead we scan the tooth/teeth just like clicking pictures. Later the crowns are digitally designed and milled using CAD-CAM technology. This gives us an accuracy of 10microns and we deliver these perfect crowns within 24 hours.
