From our Dongguan factory floor, here is when to request samples and which ones you need.\n\nOur recommendation: request 2–4 samples before any bulk order:\n- Blank sample: confirms shape, core, weight and feel before any branding\n- Branded sample: checks logo, graphics, edge guard and grip with your design applied\n- Golden sample: the signed, approved reference that every production unit is compared against\n\nRequesting samples early helps you catch construction flaws, compare 14 mm vs 16 mm cores, and lock the spec sheet before money goes into a full production run.\n\nRead the full guide on our website:\nhttps://shuenpickleball.com/when-request-samples-supplier-buying-custom-pickleball-paddles/\n\nSHUEN Pickleball – OEM/ODM custom pickleball paddle factory in Dongguan, China.
