Garuda Park View in Hoskote Opens Bookings with Karnataka RERA Registration and SBI Home-Loan Project Approval, from Rs 6,200 per sq ft

Bengaluru, 29 October 2026. Garuda Constructions, a Bengaluru-based registered partnership firm, has opened bookings for Garuda Park View, a single-tower project of about 90 two- and three-bedroom apartments at Hollur Ammanikere Village, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural 562114, near Sonadenahalli Gate. The project is registered with Karnataka RERA (No. PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/300126/008438, completion date 31 March 2029), and State Bank of India issued a project approval letter for individual home-loan funding on 30 May 2026 (SBI Project UID PO1217608). Prices start at Rs 6,200 per sq ft of super built-up area, so the smallest 2 BHK (1,108 sq ft) starts at about Rs 68.7 lakh before statutory charges.

Home-loan support

State Bank of India (SBI) has approved Garuda Park View for individual home loans. This approval makes the loan process easier for buyers who choose SBI. It does not guarantee a loan: every loan is still subject to the bank's own eligibility and credit assessment.

Why Hoskote

Hoskote is on the NH-75 corridor east of Whitefield and is becoming a residential option for families who work in East Bengaluru. Its connectivity is improving. The Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) already links Hoskote to Doddaballapura, and that 38-km section of NH-648 has been reported as complete. Recent reports say the 21-km STRR stretch from Hoskote towards the Tamil Nadu border could open partially by December 2026. Hoskote's per-sq-ft prices are still well below established Whitefield.
