Include your workspace name, the release link or order reference, and a short description of the problem. Never email your password, payment-card details or access tokens.

Connected AI assistants

Check assistant availability before connecting. Review the permissions and approve the actions you want to take. Never share your Pressbox password with an assistant. You stay in control of publication, purchases and sending.

To stop assistant access, disconnect or revoke the connector in the relevant assistant or identity-provider controls. Revoking a connector does not delete your Pressbox account or public releases.

Publishing and distribution

Start by preparing your release and checking its quality. You approve publication, then choose whether to explore extra reach. Publication, distribution, editorial coverage and AI citations are different outcomes; coverage and rankings are not guaranteed.
