Kolkata Founder Launches ₹999 Course Teaching Working Mothers to Run Their Homes With Simple Systems
Rochelle Rozario's Return On Life (ROL), launched on 11 August 2026, is a self-paced course that helps mothers handle meals, childcare and well-being without burning out.
Rochelle Rozario has launched Return On Life (ROL), a self-paced online course that shows working mothers how to run a home using systems rather than sheer effort. The first edition, ROL: Home Edition, went live on 11 August 2026.
Why it matters
Running a home is rarely taught, and the load falls unevenly. India's Time Use Survey 2024 found that 81.5% of women took part in unpaid household work, compared with 27.1% of men. In nuclear families, one mother often carries all of it with no one else to lean on.
How it started
Rochelle built the first system after a crisis. She was admitted to hospital and her child's nanny quit the same night. Her mother and mother-in-law wanted to help but did not know her toddler's routine. She built a proper childcare backup plan, and soon her whole home ran calmly. Other mothers kept asking how she managed it all, so she turned her methods into a course.
"You don't need more discipline. You need systems," says Rochelle Rozario, Founder of Return On Life.
What the course offers
ROL: Home Edition has eight short video lessons and costs ₹999 as a one-time payment, with lifetime access on any device. It includes worksheets, a printable Master Systems Pack and self-evaluation checklists. It covers three systems:
The Cook's Chart: takes away the daily "what do we cook" decision.
The Caregiver System: makes sure one cancellation cannot ruin a day.
The Stacked Wellness Window: places a mother's own well-being inside routines she already follows.
Unlike most courses in India, which focus on careers, ROL focuses on the home. It is designed for Indian households, including nuclear families and domestic help, and every system comes from the founder's own life.
Progress and plans
ROL is fully self-funded. It was tested through beta testing with paid advertising and made paid sales from the start of its campaign. More than 100 mothers have been reached and helped so far. Next, Rochelle plans one-to-one consultations, guided programmes and a second course.
