Offshora Publishes an Open Compliance Calendar for Offshore Companies and a Free Knowledge Base on Jurisdictions
Offshora has released an open dataset of annual filings, registry fees and late penalties for companies in eight jurisdictions, alongside a free knowledge base with guides and pairwise jurisdiction comparisons.
KYIV, Ukraine — November 2026. Offshora, a company formation service working with offshore and international jurisdictions since 2016, has published an open compliance calendar for company owners and their advisers. The dataset lists what a company files and pays every year after incorporation in the British Virgin Islands, Panama, Nevis, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Delaware and Wyoming, together with the penalty for each missed deadline.
The calendar went live on 24 October 2026 as a public GitHub repository on GitHub in JSON and CSV formats under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Each row links to the registry of the jurisdiction (BVI FSC, Companies House, ACRA, the Hong Kong Companies Registry, the Delaware Division of Corporations and others) so that figures can be checked at the source.
Examples from the data:
- a BVI company files an annual financial return with its registered agent within nine months after the end of its financial year;
- a Panamanian company hands its accounting records to the resident agent by 30 April;
- in Hong Kong the NAR1 annual return is due within 42 days after the incorporation anniversary;
- a Wyoming LLC that skips its annual report for 60 days faces administrative dissolution;
- a foreign owner of a single-member US LLC also files IRS Form 5472, with a $25,000 penalty for not filing.
The Offshora guide behind the dataset stresses that a company with zero turnover still pays fees and files returns. The open format lets owners and accountants load the deadlines straight into their own calendars and assign an internal deadline one month before each official one.
The dataset accompanies a wider knowledge base at https://offshora.com/en/knowledge/, available in English, Ukrainian and Russian:
- practical guides on annual maintenance, KYC and KYB documents, beneficial ownership, CFC rules, economic substance and company tax residency;
- pairwise jurisdiction comparisons, including BVI vs Belize, Hong Kong vs Singapore, UAE vs Singapore, UK Ltd vs US LLC and Delaware vs Wyoming;
- sector pages for IT agencies, SaaS, e-commerce, crypto and Web3 projects, consultants and freelancers.
Rates and deadlines change, and Offshora recommends checking them with the registry before acting. The material is reference information and does not replace tax or legal advice for a specific situation.
